Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Bathroom Rejuvenations and the customer in relation to the provision of services by Bathroom Rejuvenations. By engaging Bathroom Rejuvenations for services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Workmanship Guarantee:
- Bathroom Rejuvenations offers a 100% workmanship guarantee. Work will be carried out in a skilful and appropriate manner. If the Customer notifies Bathroom Rejuvenations in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery or completion of works that the works are defective or not in accordance with the agreement, Bathroom Rejuvenations will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.
Customer Responsibilities:
- If the Customer refuses or otherwise prevents Bathroom Rejuvenations from rectifying the works within the seven-day period after advising Bathroom Rejuvenations in writing of any defects, to the full extent permitted by law, Bathroom Rejuvenations shall not be liable to the Customer, and the Customer must pay all invoices in full. It is understood that only a small percentage of customers may experience issues within a 12-month period, and Bathroom Rejuvenations will address any such issues promptly and in good faith.
Manufacturer Warranties:
- Materials provided by Bathroom Rejuvenations are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, which generally lasts for 12 months. If materials are found to be faulty within the warranty period, Bathroom Rejuvenations will work with the Customer to address the issue in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Consumer Affairs in Australia:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant consumer protection legislation applicable in Australia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Bathroom Rejuvenations agrees to comply with all requirements of the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant consumer affairs regulations.
Limitation of Liability:
- To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws, Bathroom Rejuvenations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of Bathroom Rejuvenations’ services.
Amendments:
- Bathroom Rejuvenations reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Bathroom Rejuvenations website or other communication channels. The Customer’s continued use of Bathroom Rejuvenations’ services after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Services:
- Bathroom Rejuvenations provides maintenance and repair services as outlined in the agreed-upon quote or work order. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to additional charges.
Pricing and Payment:
- Clients agree to pay the specified fees for services rendered by Bathroom Rejuvenations. Pricing details are provided in the quote or work order. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges. A deposit may be required for larger projects or special-order items. Work will commence upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Clients (including business to business clients eg. Renters cancelling where the client is a Realestate Property Manager) must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, call out fee and rescheduling fee.
Quotes and Estimates:
- Quotes provided by Bathroom Rejuvenations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Clients will be provided with a written quote for jobs exceeding $350 in value, unless photographs of the issue are supplied by tenants, owners, or property managers. Unfortunately we cannot quote for jobs less than $350.
Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation.
